Employee Team List

This is a list of our employees that make it all happen.  We are currently ten (10) strong and continuing to seek out other professionals to add to our staff.  Personal pictures of our employees are being updated as they become available.

Gaylord sets the direction for the company in addition to working day to day on specific projects.  He also fills in as other employees may be called to perform other tasks.

Chris maintains the company records and tracks expenses in addition to insuring that our vendors / subcontractors are paid promptly.

Jim reviews projects and develops cost estimates in addition to project specific proposals.  Jim also reviews all contracts plus project manages key projects.

Nate operates the various equipment that is within CC & G’s arsenal plus rented equipment on an as needed basis.  Nate also supervises projects as the need arises.

Mike as a project supervisor oversees various key projects for the company.  Mike brings a good experience level to our various projects.

Dan drives CC & G’s specialized truck equipment to move oversized equipment.  Dan has also been called to supervise our higher profile projects.

Ed brings to the company good railroad construction and maintenance experience.  He has been instrumental in our efforts to providing respective railroad services.

Shawn has also contributed greatly to our railroad services division as we are serving more and more new clients everyday.  Shawn also fills in on operating select equipment as needed.

Adam is the youngest of our group but has definitely been a good support technician in all major projects that we undertake.  We expect that Adam will become an excellent equipment operator and supervisor in time.

Rudy has come into our company to further assist our efforts to provide railroad maintenance and construction services to our clients.  His attention to detail has been appreciated and we expect further involvement requiring his skill sets.

Andy is a recent new hire and is much needed as our earth moving services and other related services are continuing to grow.  We expect Andy to be a great addition to our team.
